As it is known, the slaughtering in the Islamic way is a legitimate duty from the verse in Surat al-An’am: “Eat not of that (meat) on which Allah’s Name has not been pronounced (at the time of the slaughtering of the animal), (121). “
The prescribed Islamic way of slaughtering animals, involving killing the animal through a cut in the jugular vein, carotid artery and windpipe.
Apart from that, the Islamic slaughter enormous health benefits according to the findings of the various scientific studies in terms of the slaughter forensic manual gives an opportunity for blood to flow out. In the case of Islamic slaughter, the congested blood in the neck area component toxic substances seep into the body of the animal, which hurt those who eat chicken meat. Moreover, it has proved manual slaughter by Islamic studies that cause much less pain to the animal from other methods of slaughter.
