- Do you deliver at home?
Yes, we do !
Home deliveries are available on the entire range of products. Our online delivery system would be an ideal hassle free purchase 24*7 or simply call or WhatsApp our customer care number +91-97699-53644 between 8am to 10pm and place your order. Please note that this service is currently available only in Mumbai City.
- Can I customize my order as per my requirement?
Yes you can, please refer to our menu to know the minimum quantities required to place your order. Your may mention your special request in Note box that will appear during your transaction. Or may choose to call or WhatsApp us prior to 8pm.
- By when can I expect the delivery after I have placed my order?
Our fixed delivery slots are 8am – 12pm & 12pm to 3pm in Mumbai we will confirm the order and also issue a order number for any queries related to your order status via sms and email.
- I would like to see my previous orders.
You can find your previous order information by logging into your Deenaji Account. Choose ‘Order History’ for a list of all successful orders placed under your account. For any order related questions, you can contact customer care at email@example.com or call us at +91-97699-53644. We’re available 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- What are the standard delivery timings?
Our fixed delivery slots are 8am – 12pm & 12pm to 3pm in Mumbai. We are operational 7 days a week.
- How do I pay for my orders?
We accept online payments through all major credit & debit cards, NEFT, ITZ cash card, Wallets, cash on delivery and card payment on delivery is also possible. The payment must be made in India Rupees, as per the final invoice. We recommend contactless payment mode making it healthy and safe for all.
- How do you ensure that your products stay fresh and hygienic during transit?
All our products come packed in chemical-free, chilled food-grade sealed box and bags that are specially designed to retain the freshness of the food product they carry. Under our new, no-contact policy the delivery boys are well-trained to wear masks and maintain the mandatory social distance of one feet.
- What if I receive a damaged or open package?
While we take utmost care that none of our packages come to you damaged during transit, in an unlikely event of such damage, you can verify it at the time of accepting the delivery and return the damaged package. We will replace the damaged product in our next available delivery slot.
Meat products can only be returned if:
- It’s delivered after the expiry date.
- The package has been altered or damaged during transit.
- The item delivered is not what you had placed an order for.

- How to use Coupon and Offer codes ?
Once you have added the desired products onto your cart move on towards the bottom you shall see box with “Have a promotional code?” Type in your code and click on apply coupon. The discounted amount would reflect as you proceed towards check out. Please Note, no two offers would be clubbed together in one transaction. Each transaction would allow you to use the code once.
Coupon code “WELCOME100” is applicable only once per user and shall be applicable if your bill is Rs. 599/- and above.
